We produced and fitted these bespoke architectural interior and exterior graphics for The Orchard, which is the central hub building of The Green, a purpose built accommodation village in the heart of the Bradford University city campus.
This unique and customised hub building features a wooded orchard themed interior, including a synthetic grass floor area, suspended potted plants, wooden walling and contrasting blue furniture and roof beams. We utilised a range of high-quality films from Avery Dennison to create a lifelike wall and window graphics, from the Stucco, Stone and contravision ranges of film. Stucco and Stone are textured wall vinyls, perfect for the high-resolution wood and stone designs to be printed on. The images used were set up and printed on our in-house printing facilities, prepared and then fitted by our team on-site, transforming the look and feel of the hub. The exterior of the building was also given an Orchard theme, with contravision fitted to the entire glass front.
This gives the advantage of giving it a unique look from the outside, with a large eye-catching image on the exterior, whilst allowing light and vision through from the inside. The film features thousands of small perforated holes, which allow vision out but not inwards. The finished room looks amazing, the vinyl really “makes” the room – fitting the idea behind the hubs look and feel, and providing a warm, inviting area for the Bradford University campus.
